MVA Power Standard Warranty

All products manufactured/supplied by MVA POWER INC  are warrant to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period 18 months from shipment or 12 months from installation/energizing, whichever comes first . If within such period any such goods shall be proven to MVA’s satisfaction to be defective, such goods shall be repaired or replaced at MVA’s option. Such corrections or replacement of defective goods shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities in respect to such goods.

Under no circumstances will credit be allowed for unauthorized rework on any materials.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

MVA shall not be liable for damages to goods, property, or persons due to improper installation or through attempts to utilize the goods under conditions which exceed the designed capabilities.

Note: This is MVA's standard warranty that can be adjusted based on customer requirement with approval by MVA administration

MVA Power PO Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation policy is that customer will be charged minumum of 30% of PO value. This can be adjusted based on the project/product type (Custom project specific, production status or off the shelf) to be advised at time of the cancellation.
